Book Club Tuesday/Thursday (TnT)

Discussion of Bert and Mamie Take a Cruise by John Keyes-Walker. 

It’s 1939, and Mamie isn’t enthusiastic when her husband of 30 years persuades her to go on an African cruise. Bert is pining for adventure, but Mamie’s content with her comfortable life in Ohio. But once aboard, she enjoys herself – until she witnesses something shocking. Far from home, with a killer in their midst, the couple must turn detective.

The Tuesday/Thursday book club (TnT) meets twice a month to discuss the same book (you do not need to attend both meetings). The Tuesday Book Club meets the second Tuesday of each month at 1:00 PM. The Thursday Book Club meets the Thursday after the second Tuesday each month at 6:30 PM. The groups read and discuss both fiction and non-fiction works. 

Books for each discussion can be checked out at the library about one month in advance. 

The Tuesday discussion takes place at the library; the Thursday discussion takes place at Jimmy's Pizza.
