Adult System of Care Coordinator Available

Jamie Stark, the Adult System of Care Coordinator from Bridgeway, is available to meet one on one with community members and direct them to the appropriate services to meet their needs. Patrons with questions about mental health, housing, food, financial assistance, transportation, or other social service needs can schedule a time to meet with Jamie or just drop in.
