Availability and Fees 

  • Non-Profit and Government organizations
    • No reservation fee during library hours 
    • $15 / hour outside of library hours
  • Businesses or Private Parties
    • $15/ hour during library hours
    • $30/hour outside of library hours
    • A refundable cleaning deposit of $25 will be assessed for the room reservation. This fee may be waived at the Director's discretion. 

Payments are due before the start of the event.  

 

Equipment

The F&M Bank Meeting Room is equipped with a monitor & speaker, video conferencing system, assisted listening device, microphone, and mobile white board.

Seating

16 chairs and 6 tables

The tables are nesting tables on casters that have the following measurements: 30" deep, 60" long, 29" high (fixed).
