Availability and Fees
- Non-Profit and Government organizations
- No reservation fee during library hours
- $25 / hour outside of library hours
- Businesses or Private Parties
- $25/ hour during library hours
- $50/hour outside of library hours
- A refundable cleaning deposit of $50 will be assessed for the room reservation. This fee may be waived at the Director's discretion.
Payments are due before the start of the event.
Equipment
The Community Room comes equipped with a projector and screen, audio system with ceiling speakers, assisted listening device, two podiums, and a mobile white board.
The Community Room also offers a serving kitchen with a large commercial refrigerator, microwave, and a limited supply of utensils and kitchenware.

The tables are nesting tables on casters that have the following measurements: 30" deep, 60" long, 29" high (fixed).
